Clothes
I have been working out for a while and I have lost some weight and some fat all around my body. Thus, I just bought some better fitting pants and shirts. I used to be a large in shirts, but now I am a medium. The only problem is that i don’t feel comfortable in a medium because I feel like it’s to tight, but they look better on body. So, i guess i have to get used to medium shirts, which i guess isn’t the worst thing in the world.
Cardio
Did Insanity Max Interval and boy was it hard. The workout never gets easier no matter how many times i do it
New Goals
I haven’t had any real goals for a while now. I’ve just been going to the gym and working out. I am getting some good results, but my meals sometimes go drastically in the wrong direction. I think I might start posting more on here so i feel a little more responsible for my eating and exercising.
